- Robertson Cold Rolling Mill
The Robertson Cold Rolling Mill is a 4 Hi Universal Cold Rolling Mill of 1540 mm width with an input gauge of 7 mm, an output of .165 mm and a maximum speed of 280 m/min. The mill has been upgraded for speed, Auto Shape Control / Auto Gauge Control & higher coil density (from 3.2 kg/mm max). At time of installation in Jindal India Limited, the mill has been supplied with new electrics & drives by Siemens.

The Achenbach Finishing Mill is essentially a Finishing Mill with capability to go down to 7 microns. It has a maximum rolling sped of 1000 m/min & is also equipped with auto gauge & new Siemens electrics & drives. - Schmutz & Kampf Separators
The Schmutz & Kampf Separators have a capability to slit & trim foil in the gauge range of 6 microns to 30 microns on 75 mm or 150 mm cores. The Kampf machine is state of art with capability to slit and separate 6-micron foil.

- Annealing furnaces (3 nos)
Annealing Furnaces have been supplied by Thermal Systems Chennai, leading manufacturers of annealing furnaces in India.The company has procured three number of 12 ton furnaces.
The capacities of individual machines have been well balanced so as to deliver around 5000 tons of light gauge bare foil (7-9 microns) per year.

The company has also procured a new state of the art roll grinding machine from Maschinenfabrik Herkules Germany. The Monolith type grinder is based on a hydrodynamic lubrication system and is very stable also guaranteeing the best available surface finish.
